# Kitchen

Oh how you have tortured me!

This is it...not complete...but complete enough for now.

Before, When I was excited!

Yes,  I will paint them white!

No, I will torture myself and repaint them black!

Holy Moly!  I still have to put the handles on!

The moral of the story is...make sure you have a firm grasp on reality before you paint!

  1. They look great black. Give yourself a pat on the back for being brave enough to go bold. It took me 9 month to repaint my bathroom cabinets. The doors were off so long that by the time I got the doors back they looked weird to me. I love your dog.
    Thanks for sharing.

  8. Love it! I'm planning on painting my kitchen cabinets & still flip-flop between white and black... I think I'm going with mostly all white and the island black... but that might change tomorrow. Thanks for sharing at the Power of Paint Party (POPP).

  15. Thanks for the post... I so have been debating paint my cabinets... my plan was to paint most of them cream and the island area Black, so hopefully I'll like... I think they looked good both ways... your kitchen is big enough to handle all black though... really cool

  16. OMGosh! You truly are one heck of trooper to paint them white and then start all over again and go black. They look beautiful both ways:)

I revamped my cabinets last summer too. They're a white but I almost was going to paint them black. Then because the winters are so long and dark chose white distressed.

Your wall color is so pretty :) Do you mind if I ask what color it is and by whom?

    Blessings,
    Shanna
